HWS Rust Season 4

Hello, HWS Community.

The full wipe of the HWS Rust servers is complete and both servers are currently starting.
Hopefully they should be up within 5-10 minutes.
Facepunch also just released the monthly client update.

With this wipe, I tried to make a few performance improvements, but I don't know if it'll be noticeable. We'll see.
I've also worked on the zombies more, so their spawn frequencies should scale a little better with high wealth, which should hopefully add a little more challenge for the wealthier players.

Beyond that, there's not much to say, except see you in-game and let me know if you run into any new problems ^^
