Frequently asked
- How long does it take for my purchase to take effect?
- Everything should be automatically applied instantly, but in rare cases it may take longer. If you haven't received your benefits after 24 hours, please make a ticket in our Discord server at https://discord.hws-rust.com, and go to the #create-help-ticket channel.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, any time. You keep your perks through the end of the billing period, no retention tricks. You can manage or cancel your subscription at the top of this page, or at https://rust-homeworld.net/profile.
- What happens if I stop supporting?
- Subscription perks wind down after your current period ends. One-time pack contents are yours to keep.
- Can I gift a supporter tier?
- Yes - every tier and pack has a "Buy Gift Code" button, which gives you a code instead of applying it directly to your account. You can give it to another player keep it for yourself. Anyone can redeem it on the Action Page at https://rust-homeworld.net/support/activation, so be careful where you share it.
- Is this pay-to-win?
- No. Supporter perks are cosmetics, community access, and small conveniences. Progression, gear, and combat strength are earned on the server.
