Quests & Events

In HWS Frontier, the Quests page always shows three active quests you can work on. As soon as you finish one, you receive HWS Chips and XP (counting toward your HWS Level), and a new quest appears.

As you complete more quests, rewards generally increase, but most quests also become more difficult. You cannot skip quests, but you have the entire season to complete them. With every full wipe, quests reset and you receive three new ones. Your HWS Level is permanent. Some of your HWS Chips may be wiped, depending on your Elemental Bank Level.

You can track quest progress directly on the HWS Frontier website or by using /quests in-game.

If a quest feels hard at first, don't worry. You have the full season, and steady progress adds up quickly.

Events#

Once per day, around each server's prime time (EU/NA), a random event is triggered. The event is announced in global chat and on Discord, and anyone can participate. You don't need to sign up. Some events are location-specific and will be marked on the in-game map (default: 'G'). Other events can be completed from anywhere on the map.

Event types include hunting specific animals, capturing zones, getting kills with specific weapons, bounty hunting, and more. Additional event types will be added over time.

Winning an event gives HWS Chips, XP (which counts toward your HWS Level), and scrap. Rewards scale with the number of days that have passed in the season, so they increase over time.
