1. Consequences & Disclaimer
Find out what happens when our rules are not followed.
When you joined HWS, you became part of a large, respectful, and helpful community. These rules exist to keep it that way - for everyone.
1.1 Reporting Players#
If you believe a player is breaking the rules, create a ticket in our Discord server at https://discord.hws-rust.com in #🔥|create-help-ticket. Tickets are private between you and staff members, although other users can be invited.
Reports without evidence cannot be acted on. In most cases, video evidence will be required - screenshots alone are rarely sufficient to verify what happened or establish intent. The stronger your evidence, the more we can do.
False accusations are a rule violation. Deliberately reporting a player you know has done nothing wrong will result in disciplinary action against you.
1.2 How We Handle Reports#
Every report is reviewed individually and impartially. The action taken is always based on context, severity, and proof - not on who is involved or how loudly a complaint is made.
HWS Staff have the final say on all disciplinary decisions. Those decisions are made in the best interest of the server and its players, and we are committed to upholding fairness and maintaining a healthy community.
We do not entertain comparisons to other punishments, and attempts to influence the outcome through debate or pressure will not be considered. Integrity and honesty matter. If you are found to have lied during an investigation, it will be taken into account and will make your situation worse.
1.3 Disclaimer#
Rust is an evolving game. There are occasional bugs, performance issues, and unexpected technical limitations that can lead to game-breaking situations or item losses. These are outside of our control.
We do our best to maintain and improve the player experience on HWS, and we are always here to help - but by playing on HWS Frontier, you accept that glitches, crashes, and unexpected losses are sometimes a part of the experience.
